Riversails could be worth considering, but I guess kingsford waterbay just beside will be more quiet since it faces the water channel and park connector. Thanks and do you need more info? Will be glad to assist with your purchase further.

Or you have any better suggestions? Am i right to say that? My budget is around $800k-$900k for medium term (ie 5-8yrs). So i'm looking unit with investment opportunites and ready to move in. What will you suggest?

Riversails may not be an ideal choice as there was a published report recently on the huge amount of unsold private non landed homes around the area.

With these increasing supply of homes, you may face difficulties renting the home out or selling it in the future. These are important factors to consider!

Hi Ms Lee, if your budget is around $800k-$900k for medium term (ie 5-8yr and looking unit with investment opportunites and ready to move in, you should have quite a handful of choices for the 2 bedroom units to choose from at Riversail. I would suggest that you wait a little while more for Riversail to be TOP which is very soon around March or April this year. Given the low quantum as compared to the surrounding projects, there will definitely be much capital appreciation when you are ready to dispose off after 5 to 8 years. I would be most glad to assist you further from the arranging of all those 2 bedroom units upon TOP and all the way to the negotiation stage. Hope to hear from you soon. Have a good day.
